Order Shipment

Standard shipping wihtin the UAE is between 1 and 3 business days. If you wish for same day shipping please contact customer support on +971 505 383 180 and we will dispatch your order by same day courier - the customer will be liable for this charge. Shipping within Dubai is a flat rate of 20aed, other emirates are 40aed.

Free cancellations & refunds

All orders can be cancelled before 24 hours - please contact our customer support team on +971 505 383 180 to prevent any unnecessary shipping.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please retain the packaging and we will arrange a refund or exchange within the next 1-3 working days.
